An accomplished business leader with global experience spanning ~28 years, Lalitha’s professional career has centered on strategic delivery of Consulting, Advisory, IT services, Digital Transformations and Global Capability Centers, having worked at companies like IBM and SAP. Her industry credentials are firmly reflected in her more recent roles of Head of Global Business Operations for Ingka Group across US, China, Poland, Sweden, Netherlands & India; and MD Country Leader for Cargill Business Services (CBS) India.
In her current role, Lalitha is responsible for steering the JLR TBSI Strategic Vision, Business Enablement & Transformation. Also build niche capabilities and solutions across Enterprise Chapters including Product Engineering, Industrial Operations, Finance, Digital, People & Org, etc. to deliver value-based outcomes & cross functional synergies for business and people.
