Ruchika Panesar heads the India hub of NatWest Group, a leading bank in the UK. As Country Head, India, she spearheads the design and execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with senior leaders across the Bank, with an emphasis on delivering world class experiences for our customers. She is also the chair of the NatWest India Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council, and a member of the Board of the entity.
