About me
I help organizations transform by strengthening their people, technology, and data capabilities. I lead BCG’s Global Capability Center (GCC) topic globally, as well as our AI and GenAI agenda across the region.
With over 16 years of experience at BCG, I have led large-scale transformation programs across the US, Australia, and India—spanning digital innovation, customer experience, operational excellence, and organizational change. I also lead BCG’s Bangalore office and am deeply committed to developing talent and cultivating a culture of collaboration, diversity, and inclusion.
As part of this commitment, I lead Women@BCG for India and Women in Tech for the region, with a strong belief in empowering future leaders and building equitable workplaces.
