About me
Oindrila Majumdar is the Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer at TIAA Global Capabilities (TIAA GC). She joined the firm in 2018. Oindrila played an instrumental role in setting up and leading key Client Services and Technology capabilities across Retirement Services and Nuveen Asset Management businesses. As CEO, Oindrila is responsible for technology, operations and shared services teams across global businesses and support functions. Her mandate is to continuously elevate and scale technical, functional and leadership capabilities at TIAA GC while fostering a high performance culture.
