Sumeet Mathur is the Senior Vice President & Managing Director of ServiceNow’s India Technology Centre with about 30 years of global experience in building teams and software at scale. In his current role at ServiceNow, he is global head of product development for ServiceNow’s Core Business Workflow product portfolio. These solutions enable organizations to achieve AI-powered business transformation across critical operations, cutting costs and boosting employee engagement. Additionally, he also heads ServiceNow’s technology & business centre in India which is a microcosm of the global organization with all business lines & functions represented in India.
