Swethnisha Panicker is a distinguished technology leader with a wealth of experience in developing technology products and leading extensive digital transformations. As the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for Enabling Functions at Merck Group, a prominent DAX40 company, Swethnisha oversees digital investments for corporate functions, including Finance, Procurement, Human Resources, Legal, Site Management, Sustainability, Quality, and other core group functions. In her current role, she manages a multi-million Euro portfolio of digital investments and operations, leading a global team of 300 members spread across India, Germany, Poland, and other regions.
