Vijay established Castlight India’s presence in India in 2014 and is the Head of Operations
Vijay has 25+ years of global experience with a track record of building and managing business in the software industry. His experience involves working with industry leaders like Caterpillar, Siebel Systems, Oracle, Salesforce, and successful startups like Castlight Health. He also advises startups to scale operations and with go-to market strategies.
Prior to Castlight Health, Vijay worked as an Engineering leader in the Finance and HR services group within the Salesforce IT org. Prior to that he worked in Oracle / Siebel in various capacities, including Senior Engineering leadership roles where he was managing teams across Redwood Shores, CA and Bangalore, India and was responsible for specific Fusion Middleware components.
